ABOUT CAP ESTATE DEVELOPMENTS
Cap-Estate homes are steps from St. Lucia Golf Club,
the island's only eighteen hole course.
Once a thriving 1500 acre sugar plantation covering
the entire northern tip of St. Lucia, Cap-Estate is
now the island's most exclusive residential development.
Ideally situated in rolling hills, snug between the
Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, Cap-Estate residences
offer the region's most spectacular views.
|
HISTORY
In 1998, a group of investors from Chicago bought
over the run-down, nine-hole golf course and surrounding
real estate.
Since, they have completely renovated and transformed
the golf course into a beautiful, challenging Par
71, 6,829 yard golf course, making it the number one
golf course on St. Lucia.
|
VISION
The Cap-Estate vision is to develop the real estate
within the vicinity of the golf course into high quality,
luxurious villas and condominiums affording homeowners
the latest in sporting and recreational facilities
in St. Lucia.
Cap-Estate is continuing the development process with
a beautiful section of real estate called The St.
Lucia Golf Resort & Country Club which is at the
very northern tip of St. Lucia and is within the St.
Lucia Golf & Country club.
